AGREEMENT SALAMANCA UNIVERSITY AND TECHNOLOGY METALS EUROPE, S.L.

Technology Metals Europe, S.L., is an innovative materials research services company in Spain, playing an essential role in the identification and evaluation of strategic minerals throughout the Iberian Peninsula, contributing to the development and sustainability of this sector.

The land under investigation belongs to the Hesperian Massif, one of the main lithium prospective areas in Europe, with a good number of research projects on this strategic raw material, both in Spain (Castilla y León, Extremadura and Galicia) and in Portugal.

It has recently signed a contract with the University of Salamanca under art. 60 of the Organic Law of the Spanish University System to carry out work on the Villasrubias 6914 Research Permit (Villasrubias, Salamanca).

The agreement with the University of Salamanca consists of technical advice and assistance in the geophysical prospecting work located in Villasrrubias.

Aero magnetism and tomography work will be carried out for one year, coinciding with the second campaign of soundings, following the good results discovered after the first investigation in the first quarter of 2023.

The final objective is the open publication of the results of the first geophysical campaign with the data obtained in both drilling phases.
